- Requires coyote trappers during off season to use padded, offset, laminated or wide, or unmodified foot-hold trap, or box-type trap or cable restraint (was snare) with relaxing lock
- Requires neurological or sick animals to be humanely euthanized and not moved or sold to prevent disease
- Replaces only fox/coyote hunting preserve from needing to immediately report diseases contracted to all licensees
- Prohibits animals under coyote trapping license, nongame quadruped breeder’s license and nongame quadruped exhibitor’s license from being physically altered (except vet for medical treatment) or mutilated
